Clever Titles of Articles in a Magazine?

I need clever titles for articles that i am writing for a history magazine. my magazine is about the incas so the titles must relate to the following ideas: art, music, military conflict, government/law, trade, science and technology, and religion.


For governmet there was this one when it was election time (i can't remember who was but they were hated) and it said

It all boils down to what you truly want to believe. Nowadays people aren't going to be persuaded or dissuaded from much due to the nature of the issue. Depending on the complexity of what is being explained and the majority of people not having prior experience or degrees

Took a close look at the extensive system and it's very impressive. LASD Commander Daryl Evans summed it up by saying, “This is not an evolution, this is a revolution.”

LASD is replacing an outdated mobile data terminal system that's been in operation since the mid-80s. According to Captain Scott Edson, who's been involved in the tech effort for more than a decade, the aging MDTs dramatically limit the operational awareness of deputies in the field. “MDTs are essentially dumb terminals,” Edson said. “The calls get sent to the deputies but they just don’t have an awareness of other events. The biggest change deputies will experience [with the new system] is an increase in knowledge. They’ll be able to engage in intentional patrol.”

Daily Developments: ND Sues MN Over State Law on Imported ...

The law restricts electricity imports from new fossil-fuel plants in other states—and North Dakota claims that it is interfering with energy production in the coal-rich state.

North Dakota and some of its largest energy interests have filed a lawsuit against Minnesota in an attempt to overturn a state law that places some restrictions on electricity imports from new coal-fired power plants in other states.

North Dakota—which has a robust coal industry—alleges in the suit that Minnesota’s Next Generation Energy Act (NGEA) violates the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution by interfering with North Dakota’s ability to export its electricity. North Dakota wants a court order that invalidates the law.

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday by North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, two coal companies, their trade association, and three electric cooperatives. Stenehjem claims that electricity is protected by the Commerce Clause, which prohibits states from favoring their own products over those from other states.
