By this I mean, will it affect any copyright laws for example? As the magazine has around 500 readers and is growing, the review will gain publicity for the film so I don't think it will be a problem but I'd just like to double check.
That would come under "fair use".
On the other hand, the studio might have a press package that will provide you with high-quality images that you can use too, so contacting them might be a good idea.

Prior to 1990, when Barack Obama contracted to write Dreams From My Father, he had written very close to nothing.
As an undergraduate, Obama had written what he justifiably calls some “very bad poetry.” He published nothing...
It is highly possible. Obama is a fraud, a complete and utter fraud!

Chemerinsky: Keeping Up With the Joneses -- How Far Does the ...
One of the most difficult, and potentially most important cases of the U.S. Supreme Court term will be argued on Nov. 8. United States v. Jones involves the question of whether it is a search or seizure within the meaning of the Fourth Amendment when the police plant a GPS device on a person’s vehicle and monitor it for 24 hours a day, for 28 days.
Since Katz v. United States, decided in 1967, the Supreme Court has defined the protections of the Fourth Amendment in terms of the “reasonable expectation of privacy.” But how does that apply in this situation?
On the one hand, the court has long held that people have no expectation of privacy for their public activities. The police could have followed Jones’ car on public streets for a month, perhaps by using undercover officers, and no one would have contended that there was a search or seizure that required a warrant.
On the other hand, people have the expectation that police are not planting a device on their car to monitor their every move. As technology develops, police are gaining more ability to follow anyone at any time. A great deal of personal information can be learned by following someone for weeks....
Ruden McClosky Files for Bankruptcy; Greenspoon ... - ABA Journal
The South Florida law firm Ruden McClosky has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after lawyer defections, staff layoffs, office closings and an across-the-board pay cut .
Law firm leaders had maintained a positive attitude as problems mounted last year. Managing partner Michael Krul had said last November that the firm was “stronger and leaner” and “poised to grow.” Now Ruden McClosky is listing at least $10 million in total debt in its bankruptcy filing. The Daily Business Review (sub. req.), South Florida Business Journal and the Miami Herald have stories.
Fort Lauderdale-based law firm Greenspoon Marder hopes to purchase Ruden McClosky’s assets and plans to acquire about 50 of the firm’s lawyers. All Ruden McClosky lawyers and staffers, except for those in the Tampa office, will be making the move, according to the Daily Business Review.
Greenspoon Marder managing partner Gerry Greenspoon told the South Florida Business Journal that his firm would bid $7.6 million for Ruden’s accounts receivable and work product. "You don’t hear about this very often, professional firms being sold through bankruptcy, but it has happened," Greenspoon said. "It’s a way for a law firm to terminate operations and move on under another firm."
