i read unflattering comments regarding the american edition, especially compared to the european editions.
I live in london so get the UK one. I can also speak french so I get that and also sometimes the italian though I don't speak it. I've also occasionally got the US version. However, I DEFINITELY prefer the UK one.

The Army takes aim at French manicures, and other fashion briefs
The U.S. Army apparently is considering whether women in combat uniforms should be allowed to wear earrings, ponytails and French manicures. The Sergeant Major of the Army, Raymond Chandler, and his staff are reviewing Army grooming standards, reports BellaSugar , a pop culture, fashion and beauty blog, which quotes a Facebook message from Chandler. I don't speak a word of french,and I barely read it, but I love this magazine!!! If you love fashion, get a french dictionary,I did, this is a magazine to savor! I have every issue since Ms. Roitfeld took over and will keep them forever! This magazine is very sexy, modern, french, well edited, up to the minute, bold, well designed(Fabian Baron) intelligent, I could go on and on, I've seen/get all the rest, including Vogue Italia, this edition has all the best stylists, photogs, and editors, I can't wait for the next issue!
