During the 'Viking Age' (about 8th to 11th cent.) what were the hairstyles like for Northern Europeans?
There was a continual swing of the pendulum in men's hair styles over the course of the Middle Ages, between long hair and growing the facial hair out cutting hair short and shaving the face.
Would Africans be more attracted to natural styles, instead of relaxed styles that copy European hair fashion?
I think it would be a whole lot more like the 60s with natural hair dos. Maybe some traditional African styles which would be neat too though.
The guys would probably still be shaving their heads and getting close crops though rather than messin' with a fro'.
