I'm Steve Weber, Head of Investor Relations, and I'm joined today by CEO, Mark Greene; and CFO, Mike Pung. The hotel’s heated pool and expansive outdoor deck surrounded by cabanas remain a signature element of the Surfcomber. Inside, 186 guest rooms feature Frette bed linens and bath products by European fashion designer Etro. Guests will also enjoy the diverse mix of dining options, including a Southeast Asian street fair-inspired restaurant concept.
