What settings do you use for whites, darks, sheets, etc? I was thinking 30 for darks, 60 for whites and 70 for sheets/towels? Also, what are the 400, 500+ numbers? Is that how fast it spins? What settings should those be on? And any recs for dye...

in short high numbers such as 500 etc normally refer to spin speeds for final rinsing.
